  • What is your shipping/return policy?
    All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and take approximately 5 to 7 days. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. Orders are processed for 2-3 business days before shipping. We are not responsible for any lost and/or stolen items. If your tracking number states that it has been delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for any items that state have been delivered. If items have not been received they can be located by using your tracking number, or contacting your local post office. All sales are final and there are no refunds. Exchanges can be made within 5 business days of receiving your order in original plastic packaged, re-sellable condition, with sales receipt. To apply for return/exchange, please contact us at sales@chloeenohair.com to submit a request be sure to include proof of purchase in this submission.
  • How much hair do I need?
    We suggest... Lengths 14-16" - You need 2 bundles
or more, Lengths 18-24" - You need 3 bundles
or more, Lengths 26-30" - You need 4 bundles or more.
  • How long does this hair last?
    2 to 3 years with proper care. Please refer to our care guide for optimal results.
  • What type of hair do you sell?
    We sell 100% virign mink brazilian hair and Raw Indian hair. Our virgin Hair is weighted 3.0-3.2oz and hand sewed on a weft, so the wefts will be different between each bundle. Our Raw unprocessed indian hair is weighted 3.5oz single donor and will come in variations of brown. Our hair can be colored to 613 and styled in any way you desire.
  • What type of hair products should I use?
    Treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. (Redken shampoo and conditioner highly recommended). Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner on your virgin and raw hair once per week, and avoid using oil or heavy styling products.


  • Can the wefts be cut?
    Our wefts are machine made and can be cut if necessary.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    To ensure a quick delivery, all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
